Who Is Jesus?

St. Luke Lutheran Church focuses on one person: Jesus of Nazareth. Even from before his birth over 2000 years ago, people have been asking the question, "Who is Jesus?" Whether you are inside the church or outside, because of the claims he made about himself and because of the claims others make about him, you too must ask yourself that same question. Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Son of God. 

Jesus is our Lord.

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was born of a virgin.

Jesus suffered, was crucifed, died, and was buried.

Jesus descended into hell.

Jesus rose from the dead.

Jesus ascended into heaven

Jesus now sits at God's right hand.

Jesus is coming back to judge all people.
